Then I tapped into my inner sadist after yesterday’s circuit and did Last week’s Back and Chest Extra Credit:
8×12 Dumbbell Bench Presses
8×12 Lat Pull Downs
6×12 Hand Release Push-ups
6×12 Seated rows
After a year + the beauty of E2M is that any day can be day 1, don’t give up! Don’t just trust the process Take advantage of it! When you don’t know what to do there’s always someone in the group or in the coach’s chat to lend an ear or motivate and support you!

Why am I doing this?
When I was 8 years old I had a wish granted by Make-A-Wish, This wish allowed me to have a part of my childhood where I was able to be a child. I have never forgotten the impact that had on my life.
I am grateful to be partnering with Make-A-Wish Foundation and allowing me to bring my journey with them full circle as my chosen charity for this project.
To add to the Operation Impossibles’ already impossible goal of taking on a world record I have decided to add another seemingly impossible but equally impactful goal of raising $1 Million Dollars for Make-A-Wish over the next year.
It’s truly amazing what wishes can do. A wish renews hope, uplifts spirits, and encourages the belief in the impossible; and that’s exactly what I am setting out to prove with my project Operation Impossible.
